NEW from Sharpham Park, try these delicious Speltottos - a word invented by Hugh Fernley Whittingstall to describe a risotto made with spelt in place of rice. They are available in three delicious flavours, Pumpkin and Shallot, Tomato and Chilli, Courgette and Garlic, and each has at its base Pearled Spelt, which is then hand blended with carefully sourced dried vegetables, herbs and spices. Just add water and simmer for 15 minutes for a delicious meal for two, or as an accompaniment with fish or meat.
