1lb Refined Spelt Flour
300mls water
4 tsps dried milk
3 tsps sugar
1 tsp sea salt
3 tsps dried yeast
Throw everything into the bread machine for 59 minutes.
This is the quick cycle and therefore the one that does the least kneading.
